I would like to find if I have 9 (6 points by law) point on my driving license it will make a negative decision on my application.
i have:
3 points for speeding fixed penalty -30.05.2009
3 points for speeding fixed penalty -17.01.2010
3 points for speeding fixed penalty - 13.03.2012
problem is that the person who wrote down points from 2009 and 2010 didnt write down FIXED PENALTY. I spoke to DVLA and they cannot send me a letter stating that this points are fixed penalties but in their data base is stated that those points are fixed penalties.

I have been told by Nationality Checking Service in Liverpool that not stating on driving license this term Fixed Penalty will make negative decision on my application.

As far i know points are valid for 3 years but are staying on driving license for 4 years.
I have only one fixed penalty within last 12 months.

What can i do right now ????

Forget about NCS and seek perfessional help. NCS are useless lots people in this forum complain about there service even my mate got lots of trouble. Becouse once they send send the app they wash there hand with your app , you can't go back and as for advice/ assistence/ help etc.

thanks i managed even have my money back today as i complain to duty manager in Register office. I know that they are bunch of plonkers in NCS and in whole liverpool council.
I sent my AN application any way as far i know i dont have to state my fixed penalty tickets in application. In the worst case i will lose £851
im in legal limit as i have only fixed penalty ticket in last 12 months. I have so many points just because i make around 50k miles per year. I have done more miles in last 9 years then average english man/ woman in his/her life time.
