according to some logic some adviser are confuse b/w DL form and FLRO
because DL is new form thaswhy most of them even didnot read it properly

sensible and logically anybody who recived DLR in legacy will use DL form
after research point to point so for i reach on this point
please bear in mind this is my only assumption so far

please put the above link into your browser and see the JPG
thas the DLR we recived in legacy
i highlights 2 important things which are mention in DL form

DL form after fill Postal address is the same as in DLR resident permit adress highlited red

also in DL form top heading (APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENSION OF STAY IN
THE UK OR SETTLEMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH
THE HOME OFFICE POLICY ON DISCRETIONARY
LEAVE BY A PERSON,)
same in DLR resident permit highlited in red
DLR according to hoimw office policy for DLR

also there is another point in FLRO
form postal address is different that is(If you apply by post you must send your application to the following address::
UK Border Agency
Leave to Remain FLR(O)
PO Box 495
Durham
DH99 1WR)

contradiction here

another point in
DL FORM
on top heading its an active review
in FLRO there are no active review mention and everybosy body know

on DLR extention there is an active review

above are my strong point i m sure some onw will also shed light
regards
