Hello everyone.
im from Peru
i was wondering if someone here can help me with this
i apply for my Spouse Visa on November 22 .2012
and i drop my visa aplication and documentation in the Uk embassy ( Lima Peru)
On November 26 .2012
since that day i have gotten any email from the General Consulate in Rio de Janerio ( Brazil)
saying they got my visa aplication and documentation
Aplications from peru just to be process in New York . and just to be faster too

its over 15 days and i sent an email to
VisaComplaints.RIO@fco.gov.uk
UBAfeedback.rio@fco.gov.uk

and they have not answer me about my visa aplication status at all.
all i got from them it was an automatic Replay thats all

i foned to Worldbrige , wich cost me 3 dollars per minut. just to know about my visa aplication status and where my docuemtns are , but they said they cant tell me that information
i foned to the uk consulate in my country. and they just answer me the same
I foned the Uk general consulate in Brazil.

and they just told that i should send an email and wait for an answer . and thats it .
so considering from Peru to Brasil is only some hours on a airplane. how can take so many days for them to get my docuemtnations. ?

anyway the main question is

¿What will hapend if they will lose my Visa aplication. and my passports and Original Documents? that re extremely important for me.

If u were worried about them loosing your application and documents, maybe you probably should not have made the application in the first place.

Why do you think they would loose them?

You may be right , but considering that used to take 8 to 10 working days when visas used to process in New York.
.
But as i said. if the Uk embassy would tell me . the visa process will take 3 months time. fear enough, but
they gave me a document saying take 15 working days plus 8 working days cuz Courier ,
but thats ok. at least i want an email confirming they have got my documents.
but is more than 16 working days and i havent gotten anything. yet
Me and My Wife , We Both talked with the General Consulate in Brazil
They said . they are sorry for this , but they will contac me . cuz at least i should get that email .
Thats all i want. if after that. they will say.will take 4 months to process ur visa . Fine. i wont have any problem with it
Thx for ur Help Victoria. i apreciate . u took ur time to read My post :P
