I pleased to announce that my wife's ILR application got approved yesterday. i'm a student and receive a maintenance stipend from the university. She's recently left college and looking to start uni in January. We submitted 3 most recent bank statements each. Our savings was 5K in total. She had claimed contributions based JSA at some point in the 2 years spouse period leading up to the application and i had claimed IB JSA before starting university. On the day of the application the case worker only asked for cohabitation paperwork. The only bill i submitted was a BT bill in my name. Other correspondence we submitted were unrelated to bills e.g. NHS documents, DVLA etc. I had a letter from my parents who purchased the property we live in and maintain it although they live overseas, however this was not requested by the case worker who didn't ask for  bank statements either. Good luck  to all who are still on this journey
