Dear members,
one of my friend is on teir 1 general visa, her appointment is due in next year, she was coming back from india in march and been stoped at heathrow, the officer said he is not satisfied with the answers etc, after 10 hours they released her giving temporary admission for three days, then it was extended for 3 months, then for 2 months. one day she received a call from heathrow that where we can post your passports, next day she received her passport with the entry stamp, that was for month of july rather march when she came back in UK, her visa was not* refused or cancelled though. Does this period will affect the ILR period out of UK, can anyone please give advice on the matter please. she has got all those letters from heathrow.
