You can apply for your children but it is discretionary.

Thanks Victoria for helping again , so you meant i should apply their ILR or British Citizenship,as you replied that one of them i assume is discretionary or you meant both are discretionary can be applied, further they both were born in Pak if that helps
Thanks again

Naturalisation is discretionary. They should have been given indefinite leave to enter.

I agree victoria they should have been given ILE, its was clearly requested on Cover letter underlined as well so that UKBA Team may see it clearly as you know some of their officer at not aware of ILE though its clearly written on the website some where, anyhow as of now what i understand from your reply i can surely apply for their ILR as they arrive in UK, and as Nationality is discretionary so would rather wait a year after their ILR
As of now I wish I would apply their ILR and request for Nationality on cover letter , ba I assume ILR and Nationality forms are different with different fees too
Thanks again victoria

They are.
I wouldn't pay for a new ILR, I'd write to the UKBA stating this was an error and asking them to issue ILE for free.

In reply to your recent post as you said They are. I wouldn't pay for a new ILR, I'd write to the UKBA stating this was an error and asking them to issue ILE for free.
and then you adviced IT is better to send it to the UKBA once they are here.
Thats fine with me Victoria we can persue it in new year, further will UKBA accept your letter for a free ILE once they are here in UK as of their mistake as of what i remember ILE is meant for those who are outside UK and once they come in UK they get ILR please correct me if I am wrong.
Will they actually oblige their mistake and give ILR as there would be no logic of ILE once they are in UK , hope UKBA wont come back and say that you should have applied this from Pak and now you have to fill Set F if ILR is required
Thanks Victoria , hope i have raised a logical and interesting query
