Provided we can show continued cohabitation and with plenty of covering letters from my UK employer am i correct in think thiat this should not nessesarily be a problem when applying for ILR (as each case is judged on its own merits) or would she need to apply for FLR to make up the time.
The information I have been able to find so far has been vague at best in regards to cases like this.
