Hi All,
I am on Tier 1(G) and will soon be applying for ILR. My query is regarding the new SET(O) form of date 13 Dec 2012. Question 6.3 seems to be confusing to me and Its a request for experts to clarify.
I visited my home country in total for 75 days ( in all 5 years). I visited my family and friends and those visits are not either work related or on compelling and compassionate grounds?
Those absences were taken from my annual leave allowances for which I got paid from my employer.
Do I need to provide self-explanation letter ? or what evidence I need to provide ?
