hello, i moved from psw visa to tier 2 visa in last month. After completing 5 years in tier 2 visa, can i get ILR  as i feel that the people who moved from psw visa to tier 2 will not get ILR after 5 years. Is it true ? And also i am planning to bring my wife to UK. Is she need any sponsorship from my employer or any other rules i have to satisfy ? Thanks a lot for the information you are providing to all ..

under current rules you will be eligible to apply for ILR after having spent 5 years on T2G but you must also satisfy the other conditions in Immigration Rule 245HF
