my work permit has been refused. ukba said my further submision is not an asylum claim but human right.
Im going for JR now for my case. My solucitor have sent it to court today after pap. ukba reply to the pap by saying that they do not have any timeframe of dealing with my case. They did not answer the questions ask by my solucitor like 395c, length of residence for the first refusal. I will be 12 years in june next year since I seek asylum. my solicitor have sent it to court.
can some one pleasr tell me hw long it will take the court and the treasury solicitor to reply? Thanks

Hi Staybless
Please Don't despair because of the refusal for permission to work you received. Last year I had the same refusal letter and I was absolutely gutted, It however did not seem to have any bearing on the end result for me. As you might be aware, I was blessed with a 2,5yr Visa in Aug 2012.
Hang in there, Keep believing, it will happen for you soon.
