On UKBA website on the 3rd page still the web team hasn't updated their new version 12/2012, and it going to cause many applicants refusals saying using invalid form, is there any email id to report it ?

or if any one know the email to report it please do it.

on the bottom of the 3rd page you can see this

FLR(M) Application Form (Version 09/2012)- page 3

There is, indeed, a typo in the footer of page 3 (only) but to suggest that people are going to be (future tense indicating absolute certainty) refused if they use this form is utter nonsense!  It's irrelevant to all intents and purposes as the front page denotes the version - that is what matters.

Neither of those threads add anything to the conversation. Clearly it's a misprint.

Dear sir or madam,

Thank you for your enquiry.

We have updated the FLR (M) application form to avoid confusion and it should be live on website in the next hour.
