Yes I did provide copy of the ackowledgement letter; in addition, I produced copies of my application related all documents including evidence of my application fee withdrawal.

As Victoria points out, they are subject to delays putting them into the system. I'd wait a while and try the ECS again, perhaps 4 weeks after the original ECS check
