Hi,

I'm nearly done with the application. One last thing is about the travel bookings. My parents would be staying with me, I have the tenancy agreement and mentioned this is the sponsorship letter.

However, for travel booking (Return air tickets) what should I submit?
Most of the tickets available are Non-refundable. So there is a risk in case the Visa is not approved.

Please can someone advice.

You don't submit anything.  Don't make a bookings or reservations before the visa is emitted.  The UKBA will not expect to see evidence of such.

Hi,
As I understand, there is now no right of appeal for family visas anymore. My mother (SA citizen) wants to come visit me (ILR holder) in the UK - family visa is definitely the right visa isn't it? I am slightly worried reading the above post, as her ticket is already  booked for the end of July - the prices increase so astronomically closer to the date, that we had to book the tickets before applying for the visa.

She will submit evidence of her finances, mortgage, job, etc....What should I include in my sponsors letter? Does it matter that my husband is currently on benefits ? I guess I'm just looking for assurance and reasons not to worry about a refusal!

There is still a right of appeal but not for much longer. Consider professional assistance.
