Can I take letter from my neighbours who are living in the same street or floor, where I am living for Cohabitation proof for my wife and who know us for almost 3 years now and they are also staying for 3+ or more years where I live. ? :closedeyes:

Are you asking if you can do this, or if it will be sufficient for the intended purpose?  Yes, to the former, no to the latter.
