Hello all

My wife and I are applying for a visa from within the UK and switching my wife's visa from youth mobility to spouse. - We are a little confused with the some documentation that may or may not be needed so any advice would be greatly appreciated.

1) We got married in the UK. My wife earns enough to meet the financial requirement on her own salary so, do I still need to submit my bank statements / payslips.

2) We have a child together (whom is a British citizen, as am I), but her name changed since they were born, so her name on her passport is not the same as our child's birth certificate - Will this be a problem?

3)The documentation list asks for 8 forms of proof we live at the same address. I assumed this is only for unmarried partner visa's so we do not need to provide 8 forms of proof we live at the same address. Is this correct?

Thanks in advance for any help/advice you are able to give.
