At the moment I'm dependent EEA family member of EEA qualified person but I'm thinking about to go self employed I know that Minimum earnings threshold for EEA migrants is 155 per week to claim benefits but can I include/combine  my EEA pension I do receive with my money I ear from self employment? Anyone can help?

Your employment as an EEA dependent is irrelevant. It's your EEA sponsor's employment and income which will be assessed to confirm they are exercising their Treaty rights.
