From Larne in Northern Ireland and is 21-years-old.

About Phillip:

Phil is a massive Elvis Presley fan and loved singing one of his songs during Boot Camp. He says that his mentor Louis Walsh has taught him a lot, especially confidence.

Philip is the eldest son of James and Ann and has two younger brothers: Paul, 18 and David, 16.

Phillip has been singing for as long as he can remember. When he was 4 he used to get up early in the morning, put on a CD and sing along to it, waking the whole house in the process!
