Hello Everybody

Iam New to this Forum i really like the way everybody is sharing their experiences about HSMP.

Iam a Victim of Hsmp I need your suggestions Please , Iam on a student visa in Uk at the moment,
I had applied for hsmp in Sept 2006 claiming 65 points based on (Age,qualifications, work experience and earnings).

Age 28 years (at the time of application)
qualifications gained in india
work experience gained in india
earnings from india

Got the Hsmp approved in October- 2006 and i had been asked to exit the country and take the entry clearance on Hsmp , i did applied for entry clearance from India and got Refused.
the reasons for refusal as stated in the refusal letter are

1)
" About the employmnet as a result of checks made by the office detailed in a document verification report iam not satisfied on a balance of probabilities that this document is geunine. i note also that all the documents relating to your employment between 1998- 2004 are dated 2006. i would consider it reasonable to expect you to provide evidence of your employment".Iam therefore not satisfied that false representation were made...

2)"I note however that at the time of your application from dubai in 2004 entry clearance as student you stated you were going to UK to undertake an Mba course however you have not provided the evidence that you studied Mba course instead you had provided a diploma from a different college no explanation been provided why you switched to a diploma course in uk"

in the 3rd point he had said that he is suspect my qualifications and how i had got 65 points ( because i had not submitted my degrees at the time of entry clearance of Hsmp).

Well all that was in year 2006 and then the rules changed.

my question is i would like to re-apply for Hsmp but iam not getting enough points on earnings if i show my earnings from india where as i use to work for a Client company in dubai and use to get paid from there as wel.( but in my year 2006 Hsmp Application i had shown only earnings from india but not from dubai i thought i will be too complicated that time)

But now as my indian earnings are not getting me enough points can i show my indian earning as wel as dubai earnings to score points on earnings ? if it is possible can some one suggest me how ?

Thankyou

Regards

Sahil

If you were physically in Dubai but were being paid Indian salary plus Dubai allowance, you can claim for both if you have the documentation, although you will be assessed under Dubai scale.

Please e-mail me if you would like a detailed assessment.

Hi Victoria

Thankyou for the reply, yes i was Physically Present in Dubai and was being paid in india and also in Dubai i had the document (employment contract and pay slips from dubai ) but i dont have the bank statement from there as i left dubai 3 years ago.

When i applied for Hsmp in the year 2006 i had shown only my indian income i have not mentioned about Dubai income or dubai employer, but my dubai income alone or indian income alone wont bring me any earning points for HSMP. If i combine both the income then i should be able to claim points on earnings.

Can you please tell me how should i do that as botht he countries are in different scale.

Thank you

Sahil
