My spouses are in UK since last 2 years on WORKPERMIT dependent VISA and now I want to change it to HSMP Visa but I don't have marriage certificate. At the time of work permit dependent VISA I had sent only my marriage photos and more over my name is mentioned in the passports of my wife and child.

Now I want to apply dependent HSMP VISA for my spouse but I don't have marriage certificate.

Please suggest if following can work in order to get spouse visa with out marriage certificate:

My Name mentioned on my Spouse's Passports.

My name and my wife on son's Birth Certificates.

My and my wife name on UK Council Tax letter

Notarized Affidavit mentioning Marriage Details


Please help me in this regards..
