hi.. would really appreciate it if somone could answer my question...basically my parents were refused visit visa on the grounds of not providing any evidence of their income etc in their home country ( which is silly I know) so I can understand why they were refused as they did not provide all the required evidence.

Should I now appeal and provide the evidece that is required or should I make a new application on their behalf?

A fresh application will be much quicker. But you could do both.

Thanx for such a quick reply! So if I was to appeal I can submit the new evidence?

The appeal for a visit visa could take six months (here's one from October that was only overturned today) and yet two new applications will cost only £130. What are your priorities?
