Hi Everyone

One of my friends is on TWES visa, which is valid for just 1 year. He is planning to extend the visa with new employer. Is this possible? If yes, then is this falls in any of the Tiers (or) this is a different category? Will this period counts for ILR?

Can anyone on this forum please share your views. Any suggestions highly appreciable.
